Are you conscious about the appearance of your breasts? Do you feel like you always need to wear a push-up bra because they’ve become droopy?
Sagging breasts can happen for many different reasons. You may have been breastfeeding or lost weight lately? For some women, it is merely part of the natural aging process.
There is a solution, though, and this is to get a breast lift. Known as a mastopexy, this is a surgical procedure that will correct the drooping and restore your nipples’ position so that you can achieve a much more perky bust and get your confidence back.

Benefits of a Breast Lift
Whether you have moderate or severe sagging, there are many benefits associated with getting a breast lift. This includes:- Reduced under breast irritation – It’s not just about the appearance of your breasts. Skin irritation can arise due to the excess skin from sagging or low sitting breasts. You can say goodbye to painful chafing with a breast lift.
- Youthful appearance – Breast sagging is common with aging, and so perky breasts are often considered a sign of youth. With a breast lift, that youthful projection and position can be restored.
- Improved nipple position – If your nipples are currently pointing toward the floor, this is another thing that a breast lift will rectify. The nipple-areolar complex will be repositioned, achieving a more forward and natural projection.
- Your breasts will appear firmer – While you want your breasts to sit higher on your chest, you also want them to look and feel firmer. At the moment, your breasts may feel deflated and elongated. By having a breast lift at Dr. Scott A. Brenman’s practice, you can be sure your breasts maintain their firm appearance.
Breast Lift Recovery
When you have a breast lift with Dr. Scott A. Brenman, the recovery procedure will be explained to you in full. Make sure you arrange for someone to drive you home after the treatment. Your body will need some time to recover. It can be helpful to wear a sports bra or compression garment. This will help to accelerate the healing process by helping flush harmful fluids from the body, providing comfort and support, improving blood flow, and minimizing swelling. Most patients will return to work a week after their treatment. However, if you have a more manual job, you may need to take some more time off. Normal fitness activities can typically be resumed within four to six weeks. Again, this is something Dr. Brenman will advise on, as everyone is different.Breast Lift Consultations Available

Am I a Candidate for a Breast Lift?
A good candidate for a breast lift has sagging breasts or lost a considerable volume due to losing weight or breastfeeding. Most candidates also find that their nipples point downward instead of forward. It is essential that you have not breastfed for six months and that you’re not intending to have a child anytime soon. If you’re unsure whether a breast lift or breast augmentation is right for you, please do not hesitate to get in touch to arrange a consultation. “I’m an active mom to two wonderful children who I nursed each to 14 months and while I’m so happy I was able to do that for my children it left my breasts very deflated and saggy with loose skin! I’m 5’5″, 125 lbs with an athletic build so my end goal is to look as natural as possible and to gain volume and shape similar to what I used to be before kids. I’m nervous and excited for this…”*This visit was a pleasure! Dr. Brenman thoroughly explained my options and did seem rushed. He answered all my questions and made me comfortable with making my decision. Gina was friendly and helpful in facilitating scheduling etc. I feel confident in my choice.
