Tummy Tuck – Consultation Experience – Philadelphia

Published on October 10, 2013

Your experience and the final results of your tummy tuck will depend greatly on your consultation and preparation. The tummy tuck, also known as an abdominoplasty, entails a variety of details that change from person to person.

An experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon like Dr. Scott Brenman will do his best to balance your needs and desires, but it is important to be honest and candid. During your consultation, be ready to openly discuss why you want a tummy tuck, what you expect it will do for you and what you hope to gain from it. You will be asked about your current medications, medical conditions, and use of supplements, alcohol and drugs.

Your midsection may also be evaluated and photographed for a medical record. Your abdomen will be examined in a laying and standing position. You will discuss the various options and techniques that suit your case and a recommendation will be made.

Contact us if you’d like to sit down and meet with Dr. Brenman at either of our offices in Philadelphia or Plymouth.
